Enjoyed a good stay while exploring the vibrant streets of the old town. The room was stylishly furnished with a comfortable bed and well-kept linens. It was impressive how I didn't hear any street noise despite being right in the heart of the action, and I loved having fresh towels available daily. The proximity to Plaza Nueva and Mercado de la Ribera was a definite plus for grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying a drink.

the staff was flexible, the room was well-appointed and brand-new for our needs, everything was really good. its location in bilbao was nice, really close to including tips about the city, the old town and all important places. had brunch in the bar charly, located nearby.

Soundproof rooms, strategic room layout, unique in-room coffee machines

The noise from outside nightlife is a serious issue!!! The shower facilities need better design to avoid water splashing, and the limited reception hours can leave guests in a bind. Maintenance of the entrance area could use attention!!!

This fantastic little and well-maintained hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was very good. The a double room was freshly renovated, included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The staff was extremely helpful and really helpful during our whole stay.

The beautiful double room was clean and beautifully modern with decor that added a nice touch to my experience. Its perfect location in the heart of the old town allowed easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the convenience of self-check-in, and the staff were generally available to assist with any needs.

The Beautiful Double Room with Balcony was super cozy and stylish. I loved the unique decor and the Nespresso machine was a great touch for my mornings. The room was really clean and the soundproofing worked wonders. I didn't hear a thing from outside, even though I was in the lively old town. The only downside was that I wished the bathroom setup was a bit more spacious.

Speaking fluent English and offering helpful tips about the area. I found my room to be verysuper clean and cozy, with fresh linens that enhanced the cozy atmosphere. The city view from my room was fine and added charm to my stay.
